WeWork was founded in 2010 in the United States, with the vision of creating workspaces where different individuals and companies come together to grow alongside each other.  Over the years WeWork has grown into a global network creating flexible, inspiring, and safety-focused spaces. 

Not only has it helped Fortune 500 companies and startups become bigger, but it has also grown and expanded globally. It currently has more than  800 locations in over 118 cities around the world. You might be wondering why so many companies trusted WeWork for their workspaces? WeWork offers different benefits for its members such as Business Class Amenities where you can find color printers, high speed internet amongst others. Flexibility and adaptability are part of WeWork, allowing members to scale their solutions according to their business needs. Another perk is the reduction on  capital expenditures, since members’ cleaning services and wifi are included. Additionally, it offers professional services for companies to expand with a global business community where you can find your next client or partner.

Between 2017 and 2018 WeWork expanded to major cities in Latin America such as Mexico City in Mexico, Bogotá in Colombia, Buenos Aires in Argentina and São Paulo, in Brazil. At this moment, it has additional offices in 8 different cities in the countries mentioned above plus offices in new markets such as Costa Rica, Chile and Peru. One of the biggest communities in WeWork is located in Brazil, where you can find spaces near some of the city’s most popular attractions and 28 buildings designated for WeWork members. WeWork has spread over major cities like Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

This past year we moved our Brazil office to a WeWork space and we are extremely content!
