Throughout the month of April, iGrowSuccess, a women empowerment community,  launched an initiative focused on empowering and uplifting amazing women with amazing stories. To achieve this, the iGrowSuccess team gathered their community to connect with like-minded, impressive, and noble women who are passionate about empowering one another.

Olga Gonzalez Plessman shared her insights on the importance of surrounding oneself with things that add value to life, and avoiding things that take away from it, in order to overcome fear and achieve success.

Olga believes that when we surround ourselves with these things, we can overcome fear and achieve success. On the other hand, she also emphasizes the need to avoid things that take away from our happiness and growth, such as negative people or activities that drain our energy and distract us from our goals.

Vanessa Valentin emphasized the importance of recognizing one’s worth and embracing one’s strengths with confidence, in order to achieve success and connect with others.

Valentin’s message highlights the importance of self-awareness and self-confidence in achieving personal and professional goals.

Unlearning as the Path to Self-Awareness with Mihaela Plugarasu
